Introducing Dr. Padovan!

We are proud to introduce Dr. Padovan, a highly experienced bariatric and weight loss surgeon at Emerge Surgical. Dr. Padovan’s extensive experience includes performing Gastric Bands, Sleeve Gastrectomy and Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass surgeries, helping countless patients achieve their weight loss goals.

After completing his surgical training in Perth and obtaining FRACS in 1999, Dr. Padovan spent five years training in the USA, including at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he worked alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals including dietitians, psychologists, pulmonary specialists, endocrinologists and plastic surgeons. This experience inspired Dr. Padovan to create a similar team in Australia, which he successfully achieved when he founded Emerge Surgical in 2005. Since then, Dr. Padovan has been able to build a team of professionals skilled in helping individuals with weight-related needs.

Dr. Padovan is not alone in his mission to provide excellent care and support to his patients. His wife, Jocelyn, also plays an integral role in the practice, providing assistance with administrative and marketing tasks. Jocelyn is a valued member of the team and works closely with Dr. Padovan to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care possible.
